my Instagram account @hatchkingdom was hacked yesterday and unfortunately it is not recoverable.

One tip because I was unfortunately so stupid stupid stupid...
Never click on a link of an email from Meta, Facebook or Instagram in your account because Meta never sends something like that !!!
They only send emails directly to your email account and not to your social media account...
